COVID-19 – UPDATE ON OFFICE HOURS AND SAFETY MEASURES**CHANGES TO OUR SCHEDULE**
In effort to maintain social distancing practices, we are only able to accommodate a limited number of scheduled patients for PHYSICIAN SERVICES ONLY through May 15th*. All appointment times will be extended in order to limit the flow of patient traffic in the office and to allow time for appropriate disinfection procedures between patient visits.
In addition, we have temporarily suspended our weekend hours and all non-physician aesthetic/cosmetic services including cosmetic laser treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, and Hydrafacial™ services through May 15th.
*This date is subject to change based upon current recommendations by the local government and health departments.
Online Booking capabilities through our website have been temporarily disabled to allow our staff to better manage patient flow through the office for the safety of both our patients and staff. This service will be restored once social distancing measures are deemed unnecessary.
If you are scheduled for a visit at our office and have recently come into contact with a person known to have the COVID-19 virus or you, yourself, have been sick in the past two weeks with any symptoms consistent with this virus (fever, cough, shortness of breath or any other upper respiratory symptoms) please call our office to let us know. We are happy to reschedule your appointment to a later date without incurring any cancellation fees.
**SAFETY MEASURES**
We are keeping our lobby and waiting room closed to prevent spread of the virus. One patient will be allowed in the lobby at a time for check-out purposes and we are not allowing any walk-in traffic.
Call ahead service is available for pick-up of any wellness supplements and cosmetic skin care products that you may need during this time.
Office space will be thoroughly disinfected between patient visits and our providers/staff will be wearing appropriate masks and gloves, when needed, to keep our patients safe. Masks are optional for patients.
If you have ANY questions regarding our current scheduling policies or safety procedures, please do not hesitate to call us at 602-266-8144.
We look forward to seeing you again in Paradise soon!
March 31, 2020
Dear Paradise Patients, We are in the midst of an unprecedented time in our history. The COVID pandemic has affected each and every one of us – it has forced us to slow down, stay in, and remain close to those we love. For this reason, it is with a heavy heart that we have made the decision to close our office, temporarily, to the public as of April 1st. The safety of our staff and of our patients remains paramount. At this time, we are unable to say when things will ‘go back to normal’, however, we are hopeful that come May, we will be able to resume operations. What does this mean to you?- All non-physician services will be suspended and rescheduled for dates in May and June.
- All new appointments will be scheduled into May and June.
- We will be contacting all patients scheduled for physician services to either; conduct their visits over the phone, reschedule, or provide in-office services for particular appointments on a case-by-case basis.
- Call ahead service with curbside pick-up of products will be available for both nutraceutical supplements as well as skin care products.

**SAFETY MEASURES**
We are keeping patient flow in our lobby and waiting room to a minimum in order to prevent the spread of the virus. One patient will be allowed at each desk for check-out purposes and we are not allowing any walk-in traffic. If you feel more comfortable doing so, you may opt to wait in your vehicle until we are ready to see you. Just give us a call upon arrival to let us know you have arrived.
Our lobby areas are equipped with hand-sanitizer and plexiglass ‘sneeze’ guards have been installed at the front desk. Masks will be made available for those who may not have one*.
Call ahead service is available for pick-up of any wellness supplements and cosmetic skin care products that you may need during this time.
All patients will be appropriately screened upon arrival with a COVID symptom checklist and temperature check. If you’re temperature reading is over 99.9 or you have symptoms consistent with COVID (or recent exposure history), we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for your safety, safety of our staff, and other guests.
Our office space will be thoroughly disinfected between patient visits and our providers/staff will be wearing appropriate masks and gloves, when needed, to keep our patients safe. All staff members are being screened daily with temperature checks and weekly screening is taking place for exposure risk to the COVID virus.
*While masks are optional for patients, we do appreciate when our patients wear masks as a courtesy to our staff members. In addition, in order to maintain a safe environment for our other guests, we ask that patients who opt to wait in our waiting room space, wear a mask if other guests are present.
If you have ANY questions regarding our current scheduling policies or safety procedures, please do not hesitate to call us at 602-266-8144.
We look forward to seeing you again in Paradise soon!
