Elfie, a certified Life Coach, is your compassionate guide on the path of self-discovery and transformation. Drawing from her decade-long experience as a medical assistant in a Family Practice and her background as a certified Fitness Instructor, she brings a unique blend of expertise to her coaching practice. She shares, “I’ve learned the benefits of making good choices, after years of reaping the consequences of ‘not so good ones.’ Even today, I don’t always choose the best option when it comes to taking care of myself, or my schedule, but practice makes it easier—not perfect… That’s why I do what I do. Kristen is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for helping patients achieve optimal wellness through personalized, integrative care. With a special focus on bio-identical hormone She empowers individuals—especially those navigating perimenopause, menopause, and andropause—to restore balance, vitality, and quality of life. Drawing on years of clinical experience and advanced training in hormone health, Kristen takes a whole-person approach to care. She blends evidence-based medicine with a personalized touch, creating tailored treatment plans that support hormonal balance, longevity, and well-being.
Known for her compassionate care and ability to truly listen, she partners with her patients on their journey to feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Mollyann Allen, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 25 years of experience in Family Medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Arizona State University in 1996 and went on to complete her Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, in 1998. In 2019, she completed a Fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine—Tucson. She studied Functional Medicine at The School of Applied Functional Medicine, further expanding her holistic approach to patient care.
Mollyann has been treating patients with bioidentical hormones for over 15 years and has developed a strong passion for hormone optimization and thyroid management. She joined Paradise Med Spa and Wellness in 2023 as a BioTe Hormone Provider, where she continues to offer personalized, patient-centered care to help individuals restore balance and achieve optimal wellness.
A Phoenix resident since 1992, Mollyann has been married for over 27 years and is a proud mother of two young adults. In her free time, she enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, traveling, reading, and relaxing with a great glass of wine.
Tracey is a Phoenix native and I have over 20 years experience as a Physician Assistant. I have a strong background in emergency medicine and performing procedures. I truly enjoy helping patients with their medical needs and life changes to be able to enjoy the most out of life. It has been wonderful to see how hormone replacement therapy is helping patients thrive! When I’m not working you can find me playing legos and board games with my young daughter, trying to get homework done, getting outside to explore Arizona and drinking coffee… lots of coffee! We love to escape the heat every summer and I can be found reading a good mystery when free time comes.
Kristine, a true Arizona native, brings her unwavering passion for skincare to the Paradise team. Since joining us in 2017 as an Aesthetician, she has become an invaluable asset, earning her aesthetics and laser certification from Penrose Academy in North Phoenix. Kristine’s dedication to the craft is fueled by a genuine desire to help others achieve their skincare goals, and her innate ability to forge deep, meaningful connections ensures that every client receives personalized care and support throughout their journey. Melissa brings more than 35 years experience as an RN and over five years as a nurse injector. Passionate about the beauty industry. Melissa believes it helps boost the esteem of the patient, improving both their lives and their relationships. “My goal is to help you feel refreshed like you just came back from a vacation. When you feel good, you present yourself so much better to the world.”
Originally from Michigan, Melissa and her husband live in North Phoenix with their two French Bulldogs, Loki and Ralphie.
Janet brings a wealth of expertise and a genuine passion for skincare to our team as the Office Manager, licensed Aesthetician, and Laser Technician. With her extensive training and dedication, she finds immense satisfaction in assisting patients on their transformative journeys and witnessing their goals come to fruition. Beyond work, Janet embraces new experiences, from discovering the joys of exercise to indulging in her husband’s culinary creations, all while finding solace in yoga and the pleasure of a good book.
