Microneedling has been shown to aid in collagen stimulation, reduce pore size, improve texture irregularities and photodamage. The addition of topical agents such as PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) and tranexamic acid can further boost results for both anti-aging as well as pigment correction.  We utilize the Candela Exceed Microneedling system in our practice which is FDA approved for the treatment of fine lines, wrinkles and acne scars.

We also offer the option for RF Microneedling with the EndyMed Intensif system which is a powerful combination of radiofrequency energy for skin tightening delivered through gold-plated microneedles at customizable depths to treat patients suffering from acne scars, skin laxity and moderate-to-severe wrinkles.

Lastly, we offer HydraTox Gold Needling which combines the effects of microneedling noted above with infusion of hyaluronic acid and neuromodulators, such as Botox/Dysport, directly into the dermis via the gold-needle microchannels to significantly reduce pore size, oil production, and redness in the skin. Treatment results last 3-4 months in duration.
